Registration is for the ongoing 8-week sessions, 4-week mini-sessions and Restorative Classes. You can join at any time, we will prorate the session.

Kindly complete the below form. You will receive a confirmation email with start date and amount due.  Payment is due at time of confirmation. Please do not pay prior to confirmation.  Allow 24-hours (M-Th) to process.    

Our group classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with current injuries.  If you had a recent injury or surgery, please get your doctor’s approval and contact us to find a suitable class prior to registering.    Thank You!
