Our class sizes are 15 students or less and run on 8-week sessions, unless otherwise stated. You can join at any time, and we will prorate the session when registering. You can also attend (no registration required) and pay as you attend for “drop-in“ classes as listed below. Please note that our group classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant, or for those who are currently injured.

Registration Required for any class. We run ongoing 8-week sessions. You can begin at any time; we will prorate when you register.
Good for all drop-in classes as noted by class above. No registration required.
Good for all drop-in classes as noted on schedule. Must be 18+ (16+ with a legal guardian). No registration required.
Individual sessions are available for all levels of Yoga and/or Yoga Diet and Lifestyle Training. Initial visit is 2 sessions - $130 is due prior to appointment. Please go to our Individual Sessions page for more information and to make an appointment (prior to paying).
We Accept Cash and Checks Payable to OlyYoga. Credit/Debit option available on our payment page only (fee included). All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
