Our group classes are limited to 15 students or less. We run ongoing 8-week sessions to aid the body and mind into the routine of weekly practice. You can join at any time!
Two Ways to Attend Group Classes:
1. Session Registration: After finding the desired class on the below schedule, go to the “Registration Page” and complete the form.
OR
2. Drop-In: Only for classes listed on schedule as "drop-in." No Registration Required. Pay as you attend. Kindly read “Before you Begin” prior to attending class.
Please Note: Our group classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or currently injured.

Registration Required for any class. We run ongoing 8-week sessions. You can begin at any time; we will prorate when you register.
Good for all drop-in classes as noted on schedule. No registration required. We accept exact cash at studio. Credit/Debit payments must be made on payment page prior to attending. If paying online, please state class day/time and date attending.

Individual sessions are available for all levels of Yoga and/or Yoga Diet and Lifestyle Training. Initial visit is 2 sessions - $130 is due prior to appointment. Please go to our Individual Sessions page for more information and to make an appointment (prior to paying).
We Accept Cash and Checks Payable to OlyYoga. Credit/Debit option available on our payment page only (fee included). All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
