Restorative yoga is a passive practice that allows the body to open up at its own pace. Poses are supported with props and held between 5-20 minutes. This results in a deep healing, releasing layers of stress. Taught in the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar.
Before Attending Class: Please read "Before you Begin" and also read all the way to bottom of page to restorative information to know what to bring.
Please note: These classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant. If you have had a recent injury or surgery, please ask your doctor for approval prior to registering.
