Registration is for the ongoing 8-week sessions and Restorative Classes.  You can join at any time, we prorate the sessions, so all students are on the same schedule.  If you need help deciding on a class, contact us with the below link.

Kindly complete the below form with a specific class day, time, and desired start date. You will receive a confirmation email with amount due.  Payment will be due at time of confirmation. Please do not pay prior to confirmation.  Allow 24-hours (M-Th) to process.    

Our group classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with current injuries.  If you had a recent injury or surgery, please get your doctor’s approval and contact us to find a suitable class prior to registering.    Thank You!
