Private and Individual sessions are available for all levels of Yoga. Depending on your needs, experience, and interests, sessions can be limited to asana (poses) or a combination of Asana, Yoga Diet, Lifestyle Training, and Philosophy. We will work with you to find the perfect plan. All individual sessions are taught by studio owners.
