Restorative yoga is a passive practice that allows the body to open up at its own pace. Poses are supported with props and held between 5-20 minutes. This results in a deep healing, releasing layers of stress. Some Yoga experience is recommended.

Kindly note: These classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant. If you have had a recent injury or surgery, please ask your doctor for approval and then, prior to registering, contact us (below) to see if this is a suitable class for you. Although passive, these classes are not considered a gentle or beginning format.
