Restorative Classes

Restorative yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga.  It is a passive practice that allows the body to open up at its own pace. Poses are supported with props and held between 5-20 minutes.  This results in a deep healing, releasing layers of stress. Some Yoga experience is recommended prior to taking the 2-hour restorative class.


Before Attending Class:  Please read "Before You Begin" and also reading all the way to bottom of page for “Restorative Class Information.” 


Kindly note:  These classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant or currently injured.  If you have had a recent injury or surgery, please ask your doctor for approval and then, prior to registering, contact us (below) to see if this is a suitable class for you.  Although passive, these classes are not considered a gentle or beginning format.

2-hour Restorative is Seasonal:  Late Fall - Winter.
