Welcome to OlyYoga!
As South Puget Sound's first Yoga Studio, which opened in 1996 in Olympia Washington (at our same location), we continue to bring traditional teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda to the community. From beginning to advanced classes, we provide an environment where individual needs come first and each student is able to progress in their practice, at their own pace.
