Restorative yoga is a passive practice that allows the body to open up at it's own pace. Poses are supported with props and held between 5-20 minutes. This results in a deep healing, releasing layers of stress. Taught in the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar. Some Yoga experience is recommended. These classes are not suitable for those with injuries or those who are pregnant.
